Refund Policy
At Start Turing, we aim to maintain clarity, fairness,
and transparency for all students.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are allowed only if:
- The student requests discontinuation within 7 days from the batch start date
- The student has attended no more than 2-4 live sessions
2. Refund Amount
If eligible, the refundable amount will be processed after deducting:
- Registration and onboarding costs
- Payment gateway charges (non-refundable)
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
3. Installment Payments
- Refunds apply only to the amount paid so far
- Pending installments will be cancelled if eligible
- Once the eligibility window is over, no refunds will be provided
4. No Refunds Will Be Provided If
- Request is made after the eligibility period
- Discontinuation is due to personal reasons or time constraints
- Classes are missed by the student
- Course materials, recordings, or mentorship have been accessed beyond the eligibility period
5. Batch Transfers
In special cases, batch transfers may be requested subject to availability.
Transfers are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
6. Final Decision
All refund and transfer decisions made by Start Turing management are final.
By enrolling and making payment, the student agrees to this Refund Policy.
